This includes six sesame bagels, hand-rolled, cold-fermented for 24 hours, and baked on a heritage stone for a perfect crust and chew.
A classic, redefined. Our sesame bagels are coated in golden seeds that toast just right during baking—nutty, nostalgic, and never dry.
Crafted with 100% organic Ontario wheat, kosher salt, and spring water.
Best enjoyed toasted with a smear of our house-made cream cheese or simply torn apart fresh out of the bag.
We hand-roll every bagel using a century-old recipe passed down through generations of NYC bakers. Our bagels are made with organic Ontario Hard Red Spring Wheat sourced from K2 Milling, spring water from Ice River Springs, and oranges directly imported from Tamaulipas Co-Op farmers in Mexico. All of our cream cheese is handcrafted with the traditions of MC Dairy, one of Ontario’s oldest dairies, and then blended into signature Rise & Bagel Schmears. Tradition meets today—every morning.

At Rise & Bagel, we hand-roll and boil our dough daily — just like Uncle Saul did in 1920s New York. Every batch is slow-fermented, shaped by hand, and baked on cedar boards for an unmistakably chewy bite and caramelized crust.
We don’t scale shortcuts — we scale care. That’s the small-batch difference.
