Cinnamon Sugar Bagel Bites
Our Cinnamon Sugar Bagel Bites start with the same 24-hour cold fermented dough used for every Rise & Bagel bagel — hand-rolled, kettle-boiled, and baked fresh in small batches using 4 simple ingredients plus spring water.
Finished with a generous coating of cinnamon and sugar, they land somewhere between a freshly-baked bagel and a nostalgic bakery treat.
Soft inside. Slightly crisp outside. Extremely difficult to stop eating.
Perfect with coffee. Perfect for the cottage. Perfect standing at the kitchen counter saying “just one more.”

We hand-roll every bagel using a century-old recipe passed down through generations of NYC bakers. Our bagels are made with organic Ontario Hard Red Spring Wheat sourced from K2 Milling, spring water from Ice River Springs, and oranges directly imported from Tamaulipas Co-Op farmers in Mexico. All of our cream cheese is handcrafted with the traditions of MC Dairy, one of Ontario’s oldest dairies, and then blended into signature Rise & Bagel Schmears. Tradition meets today—every morning.

At Rise & Bagel, we hand-roll and boil our dough daily — just like Uncle Saul did in 1920s New York. Every batch is slow-fermented, shaped by hand, and baked on cedar boards for an unmistakably chewy bite and caramelized crust.
