Fresh-squeezed daily using 100% premium oranges—nothing added, nothing lost.
We juice in small batches using a commercial cold press for peak purity and taste. No preservatives. No pasteurization. Just the clean, bright flavour of real citrus.
Our oranges are sourced directly from a small-grower co-op in Mexico’s Yucatán Peninsula—never from the U.S.—supporting sustainable farms we know and trust.
Ingredients: Oranges. That’s it.
Bottled in a recyclable 400ml cup, sealed for freshness. Best served cold. Best enjoyed now.
We hand-roll every bagel using a century-old recipe passed down through generations of NYC bakers. Our bagels are made with organic Ontario Hard Red Spring Wheat sourced from K2 Milling, spring water from Ice River Springs, and oranges directly imported from Tamaulipas Co-Op farmers in Mexico. All of our cream cheese is handcrafted with the traditions of MC Dairy, one of Ontario’s oldest dairies, and then blended into signature Rise & Bagel Schmears. Tradition meets today—every morning.
