It’s one of those Thanksgiving questions nobody thinks about until the house is full.
What are we having for breakfast?
You’re already planning turkey, stuffing, potatoes, vegetables, gravy and dessert. The last thing anyone needs is another meal that requires an hour in the kitchen.
Keep breakfast easy.
Fresh bagels on the counter. Cream cheese in the fridge. Coffee on. Orange juice poured.
Done.
People can eat when they’re hungry, kids can grab what they like, and nobody needs to coordinate breakfast around everything else happening in the kitchen.
That’s one of the reasons we think bagels work so well for long weekends.
