There are plenty of places to get breakfast in Collingwood.
We decided to do it a little differently.
Instead of asking you to come to us, Rise & Bagel brings breakfast to your front door.
We make our dough the day before and give it a 24-hour cold ferment. Early the next morning, while most of Collingwood is still asleep, we boil and bake the bagels, pack the orders and head out for delivery.
Fresh bagels.
Whipped cream cheese.
Fresh-squeezed orange juice.
Breakfast.
We started Rise & Bagel because we thought there should be another answer when someone searches "breakfast near me" on a Saturday or Sunday morning.
Maybe the answer isn't getting dressed, getting in the car and waiting for a table.
Maybe breakfast comes to you.
It's particularly nice when you have friends staying over, kids who are hungry before you're fully awake, or absolutely no interest in leaving the house.
We're local. We're small. And we only make so many bagels each morning.
