Our dough starts the day before and cold ferments for 24 hours. Early the next morning, we boil and bake the bagels, pack everything up and head toward Thornbury.
It's a slightly ridiculous amount of work to make something as simple as breakfast.
Which is probably why we enjoy doing it.
Bagels are available individually or you can add our whipped cream cheese and fresh-squeezed orange juice and turn the delivery into breakfast for everyone.
